Description

This is a solicitation notice 36C24419Q0516 issued 4/4/2019 and closes 4/10/2019 at 1:00 pm. Wilmington VAMC, is seeking a vendor that can provide new uniforms for Housekeeping, Nutrition & Food and Engineering staff. According to VHA HANDBOOK 1850.04 the service will be authorized uniforms to wear on duty. The vendor s proposal should include a price schedule of the items that you will provide in accordance with the uniform price schedule that is attached to the solicitation. Also include the total amount of the proposal as cited in the price schedule in the solicitation. All vendors must be registered in SAM and are required to furnish the following minimum information in reply to this solicitation: Company Name, address, Government Business Point of Contact, telephone number and email address. Company DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID numbers. Identify any current Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Contracts held, if none then state that no FSS/GSA schedules are held. Responses shall be submitted electronically, via email to Donna Toliver at donna.toliver3@va.gov due no later Wednesday 04/10/2019 at 1:00 pm.
