This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a limited competitive acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: SERVOCYLINDER TAIL =========================== OUTPUT NSN: 1650-01-494-0083 OUTPUT P/N: 289400-1027 INPUT NSN AND INPUT P/N: 1650-01-273-7608 289400-1021 1650-01-494-0083 289400-1027 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 Each - Maximum 420 each (Maximum OF 420 each includes quantity of 350 US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 70 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The Servocylinder is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). No Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) has been identified for this requirement ; because this item is a Critical Safety Item (CSI), overhaul/upgrade can only be performed by the one Approved source. Currently, the approved source is: Parker-Hannifin. CAGE Code 82106, 14300 Alton Pkwy, Irvine, Ca, 92618-1814. Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio economic status as applicable. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures.
