Description
To provide GSA access to Cyber Feds subscriptions for 50 GSA OHRM and 37 Office of General Counsel (OGC) employees for a total of 87 licenses. LRP offers GSA a unique combination of daily news, helpful tools, practical guidance, quick tips, standard forms and reference manuals important to federal employment law. According to LRP, the newest documents are added as soon as they're available and current cyberFEDS documents and features are constantly reviewed and amended -- so federal employees will have access to the most accurate guidance. Features exclusively offered to federal employees via Cyber Feds include: 1. Quick Start Guides (QSGs) - provide overviews and interpretive guidance of almost 400 EEO, employee relations, labor relations, classification and staffing topics with links to noteworthy cases, statutes, regulations and additional resources. QSGs are written by experts in the federal HR field and are continually updated by LRP's staff of legal editors. 2. Summaries of Case Decisions and Arbitration Awards - permits users to quickly scan search results and call up the full text if further detail is desired. Written by our attorney editors, summaries make your research easier and are protected under copyright. 3. Case Central -lists the latest Case Files and Hotlaws by court authority, so subscribers can easily keep up with significant decisions by the MSPB, FLRA, Page 3 of 6 EEOC, Comptroller General and other related courts. 4. Case Index Numbering System - a copyrighted system that enables users to speed and focus their research by zeroing in on the specifics identified by an index number. Federal sector professionals have used this indexing system from LRP Publications' full-text reporters, since 1982. 5. Compliance Charts - provide quick analysis of key case decisions, laws, and regulations that impact your job. Topics include EEO compensatory damage awards, reasonable penalties for misconduct, domestic partner benefits, FMLA, the Hatch Act and much more. 6. Forms Library - contains standard forms, optional forms, OPM forms, FLRA & FMCS forms, OGE forms and more. Most of these forms are in PDF format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and are "fillable" so you can fill in the blanks and print out your completed document. 7. News and Legislation- read the latest articles posted daily broken out by topic or search the News Archive which contains all prior news stories that have appeared on cyberFEDS® on the Web. 8. Fed Web Alert- what's new and notable on the major agency web sites, such as OPM, EEOC, FLRA, MSPB and GAO. 9. Employee Relations, Labor Relations and EEO Highlights -provide cogent, single-sentence summaries of key cases, which are linked to summaries and the full text of the highlighted decisions. 10. Roundups - review specific issues in federal civil service law with links to laws and regulations, news stories, detailed regulatory analysis and implementation guidance, all in one place. 11. Checklists+ - step-by-step guidance for quick, yet thorough research. Major tasks are broken down into individual components, providing you guidance, tips and links to the specific material you need. 12. My cyberFEDS®- view your current session's search history, save queries that you have constructed and run queries that have been previously saved. 13. E-Updates - each subscriber can sign up for the weekly E-Newsletter or e-Daily, which arrives in your mailbox every day - these newsletters provide the latest federal HR headlines, announce new service features and provide quick tips once each week. 14.
