- The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort to Replace the Roof at the Child Care Facility next to the Boston Center (Air Route Traffic Control Center) on Northeastern Blvd, Nashua, NH This project is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 238160, size standard of $15 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $100,000- $300,000 Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday May 1, 2019 at 9:30 am. offerors are strongly urged and expected to attend. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID., i.e. state driver ™s license.
