- Electronic Cost Reporting And Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) vendor report submittals shall now be submitted via the following Universal Resource Locator (URL): https://www.pdrep.csd.disa.mil/pdrep_files/other/ecraft.htm. Click the "eCRAFT Vendor Report-File Upload" link to select the Extensible Markup Language (XML) file to submit. A Common Access Card (CAC) is required to access the site. Contractors may access the site without a CAC card by obtaining an External Certificate Authority (ECA). The attached document includes information on obtaining an ECA. PLEASE NOTE: The option to submit reports by email will NO longer be available in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
