- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Scott AFB, IL, is soliciting white papers and intends to award one Prototype Other Transaction (OT) Agreement to deliver Global Command & Control System - Joint Enterprise (GCCS-JE) Capability Set 1 (CapSet_01) capabilities to GCCS-JE Program Management Office (PMO) and Joint Command and Control (C2) community. The GCCS-JE CapSet_01 capability will integrate with the GCCS-JE Framework via the Framework Application Program Interfaces (APIs) to provide utility to operational users. Additionally, the GCCS-JE CapSet_01 prototype will demonstrate the viability of leveraging a common infrastructure for other individual CapSets to follow.
