- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT 36C25619Q0360_Laundry Equipment Maintenance VA North Little Rock 2200 Fort Roots Dr North Little Rock Arkansas Maintenance of Laundry Equipment Objective: The overall purpose is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision transportation, administration and parts and materials (including lubricants) up to the amount specified herein to provide maintenance and repairs to all laundry equipment and associated utilities work associated with repair, scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and testing AND the development of a Managed Maintenance Program to support the continuous operation of Laundry Equipment located at the VA North Little Rock laundry facility, 2200 Fort Roots Drive. North Little Rock Arkansas. Government Owned Equipment: Laundry Equipment Maintenance, service, PM service and routine repair service, emergency repair service. Period of Performance: The expected period of performance is 01 July 2019 through 30 June 2020 with four (4) Twelve (12) Month Option Periods that may or may not be exercised based on the needs of and at the discretion of the government. The actual performance period shall be established at the time of contract award.
