Description

This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) only. Market research is being conducted to determine the amount of qualified and capable businesses that can provide the items requested below. If you believe your firm is able to provide the items requested below, you are encouraged to respond by the due date with all of the required information indicated below in order to be considered. Due date for responses is close of business (4:30PM local time/CT) on Monday, April 15, 2019. Email responses to Melanie Stockman at melanie.stockman@va.gov. NAICS: 339112 Size Standard: 1,000 employees SPECIFICATIONS: Transcutaneous CO2 Monitoring System -Brand Name of Equal Quantity: 3 Salient Characteristics: System shall interface with existing VA polysomnography equipment, make: Nihon Kohden and model: PSG-1100 with an interface cable. System shall contain combination/single sensor and severinghaus technology combined with oximetry technology in 1 sensor. System shall provide combined pCO2/SpO2. Probe shall attach to the patient s skin via a small adhesive holder. Probe shall non-invasively measure blood gases in real time. System shall measure the following parameters: tcpCO2, SpO2, pulse rate. Recorder/printer shall include the following formats: real time (fast or slow), memory 1, 12, 24, or 72 hr, graphics. Recorder/printer shall include the following parameters: tcpCO2, SpO2, pulse rate. Auxiliary outputs shall be EIA232 or printer. Electrical/Power Requirements The system shall use existing electrical services of MVAHCS and operate with a line of power of 120 Volts AC and current draw less than 20 Amps.
