Description

Solicitation N00421-19-T-0044 issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with College of Southern Maryland under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is the only educational institution that supports the tri-county southern Maryland area with an engineering Associates degrees relevant to an ME and EE educational pathway. In addition, CSM maintains an Educational Partnership with NAWCAD, and an Articulation Agreement with the University of Maryland (UMD). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
