Description

This amendment adds two (2) addtional CT7-8A6 install spare engines for the VH-92A program. A sole source acquisition will be procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, " Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for award of contract. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-MAR-2019).
