This is issued by the Shore Infrastructure Logistics Command West, Alameda, California to identify sources capable of COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE TO INLCUDE RECYCLE at USCG District Nine (9) Bases and District (9) Housing Facilities located in the GREAT LAKES REGIONS to include the States of Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio; Pennsylvania and New York. This will be a Firm Fixed Contract with Base plus four (4) option years, if exercised by the Government, beginning 01 October 2019.
