- Description
- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with a base plus three one year options for the following: NOUN Platform and ramp - OBIGGS II ASM NSN: 1730-01-525-5505 Part Number 17G490127-1. The Basic is for Qty of 2 each (includes first article), Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The three one year options are based on Qty range of 1 each. The options can be exercised in full or partially, and can be exercised simultaneously throughout the life of the contract. The item is used to generate Nitrogen Enriched Air (NEA) routed to the fuel tank ullage to provide a nonvolatile environment while performing maintenance in the underfloor maintenance tunnel. This requirement will be a sole source acquisition to Green Machine. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. We anticipated release of the RFQ on or around 8 October 2018 with an estimated response date of 23 October 2018.
