- PROJECT TITLE: INTERIOR PAINTING PROJECT - HASKELL INDIAN NATIONS UNVERSITY DESCRIPTION: Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials and incidentals for the interior painting of various buildings, in accordance with the statement of work, contract terms and conditions. PROJECT LOCATION: Haskell Indian Nations University, Lawrence, KS, Douglas County. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Wage Rates MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is $100,000-$250,000. BID: Bid should be submitted on Page 2 of the SF-1442. Bids can be submitted by mail or email to the Contracting Officer, Jocelyn LittleChief. Project name and solicitation number should be cited on the outside of the envelope or in the subject line of the email. Email address is : Jocelyn.littlechief@bia.gov. NAICS CODE: The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, with a size standard of $15m. SET ASIDE: This procurement is being set-aside exclusively for Small Business Concerns. Contractor will be required to be registered in SAM as a small business under the NAICS Code at the time of submitting a bid. Contractor is required to comply with the Davis Bacon Act. Bonding: FAR Clause 52.228-15, Performance and Payment Bonds-Construction, will apply, along with FAR Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee.
