Description
The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) seeks information regarding the availability of commercial off-the-shelf Learning Management System (LMS) solution. Please see Attachments 1 - 3. The instructions are below. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, or as an obligation or commitment by the Government to release a related solicitation or award. This RFI is intended strictly as market research. As such, the Government will not pay any costs incurred in the preparation of information for responding to this RFI, or the Government's use of the information. Submit electronic responses only, via email by 10:00 AM Eastern, April 30, 2019 to the Contracting Officer at patricia_butler@ao.uscourts.gov. Instruction: Attachment 1 - Review USCA19Q0030 in its entirety and provide questions so that we can refine our requirements. The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) may be required. Therefore, address 1) whether your solution is FedRAMP status is Ready, In Progress, or Authorized; 2) if your authorization type is Agency or JAB; and 3) if your Impact Level is Low, Moderate, or High. Attachment 2 - Provide estimated pricing based upon USCA19Q0030's Section 3, Statement of Work, and Attachment 3's functional requirements. Attachment 3 - The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) expects that any modern Learning Management System (LMS) shall satisfy the requirements described in this spreadsheet. The vendor is instructed to respond to each requirement by indicating whether their solution is: - Standard: Meets the requirement out of the box with no or minimal configuration, as the solution exists today. (Do not check this box if the software does not provide this feature as of the date of submission of the Sources Sought.) - Customized: Meets the requirement but requires customization at an additional cost. - COTS Modified: Meets the requirement but requires modification at no additional cost.
