- This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 541618 and sized standard is $15 million employees. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at www.vip.vetbiz@va.gov. Project requirements: Contractor - Portable Building Rental Services shall provide buildings and port-a-john to support the VAMC project 596A4-16-104 Repair Parking Garage Deck. All buildings will be secured using methods that do not penetrate the parking surface or concrete of the area they will be placed. The area of placement will be located at the University of Kentucky Commonwealth Stadium Red Lot on the corner of Cooper Drive and University Drive. The dates of rental will begin May 6 2019 and end August 2nd 2019. Access to the parking spaces during this time will be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The three buildings will meet the following criteria: 1. A covered structure approximately 15 x 15 to serve as a patient bus stop. The structure cannot be secured to the ground by penetrating the parking surface or concrete sidewalks. The structure will need to allow for rain protection on 3 of its side and have one side open for access. 2. An enclosed structure approximately 8 x 10 to serve as a parking guard monitoring station. The structure will need to be air conditioned with a self-contained power source. The structure will need to contain lighting for proper identification of approaching vehicles. The structure will need to be at grade to allow for the guard to interact with approaching vehicles without leaving the structure. 3. A port-a-john will need to be provided for the parking guard. It will need to be cleaned and serviced once a week. Anticipated period of performance: May 06, 2019 August 02, 2019. Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide a product and related services; (2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, etc,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
