Description

This is a Special Notice of Intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed-Price purchase order to Reorg Research, Inc. located at 11 E. 26th Street FL New York, NY 10010. The Contractor is required to provide all customizable, web-based services applicable to the European and Emerging Markets packages. The estimated value for this purchase order is $40,000.00, which includes access to the aforementioned subscription packages. The Period of Performance for this contract will be one (1) year from the date of award. This proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and receive only one quote from only one source under the authority of (FAR 6.3021-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by Friday, April 19, 2017 at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendors who believe they can provide the supplies/services required can provide proof of their ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of; Contracting Officer Kevin Alexander at Kevin.Alexander@exim.gov.
