Description

This project is intended to install handicap push pads for building 1604. Please review attachments to include Solicitation FA283519RA020, Statement of Work, and Wage Determination. Project Name: Install H/C Push Pads B1604, WO #67558 A. Solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. B. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statements of Work, dated 13 March 2019. C. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. D. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM EST on 29 April 2019. E. Proposals must be valid for 30 days. F. Point of Contact (POC) is as follows: Marika Trantanella, Contract Specialist 781-225-1233, marika.trantanella.1@us.af.mil or the Contracting Officer Josh Davis at 781-225-0185, joshua.davis.50@us.af.mil. G. A Site visit will be held on Thursday, 18 April 2019 at 10:30 AM EST. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must submit names of the attendees to the POC, marika.trantanella.1@us.af.mil, no later than 10:00 AM on 17 April 2019. H. Questions are to be submitted via email only to the POC by COB 23 April 2019. I. As in Section M, proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.
