Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for rental equipment to support the 2019 Far West Valor Games in Alameda, CA from Thursday 30 May -Monday 3 June 2019. This solicitation is for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. ALL PROPOSALS MUST REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR 120 DAYS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE FOR THE RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS.
