Description

AMENDMENT 0001 1. The purpose of this amendment is to add paragraph 5 which addresses the submission of vendors' questions regarding the solicitation and its supporting documents. 2. All changes are identified by highlighted text in the amendment attachment. 3. POCs for this amendment are: Tatyana Webb, Contracting Specialist; Phone (334) 953-5755, FAX (334) 953-3543 and Ryan Schnepf, Contracting Officer, Phone (334) 953-6776. The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase licenses for a commercially off the shelf (COTS) online survey tool for Air University physically located at Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
