If indicated in the Questions and Answers provided below, updated information will be incorporated into the Request for Proposal (RFP) by an amendment to the RFP. # PWS Section Question 1 Section 6.2.2 As denoted in Section 6.2.2 on Page 36 of the solicitation, it states, Within 3 business days after award, the Contractor shall provide a roster of Contractor and Subcontractor employees to the COR to begin their background investigations in accordance with the PAL template artifact. Question: On Page 108 of the solicitation, section (i) 2, the offeror s technical approach must include an estimated level of effort for each task as defined by 5.X.X. Since this is a contract deliverable, must the offeror include an estimated level of effort in its technical approach even though it is not included in section 6.2.2 and not in any section(s) within 5.X.X? Answer: Level of effort is only required for PWS Sections 5.1 through 5.6.5 for the base period. Offerors are not required to provide an estimated LOE for the option periods.
