Description
NATIONAL PARK SERVICE REDWOOD NATIONAL AND STATE PARK GENERATOR INSTALLATION The National Park Service, Redwood National and State Park, has a requirement for the installation of a government provided generator at the North Operation Center Facility. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. The Work consists of the following: Electrical connection of a government furnished standby generator to the North Operation Center facility. The generator is manufactured by Marathon and is rated 150 kW /187 kVA, 277/480V, 3-phase, 4-wire, Wye output with a 250A output circuit breaker for stand-by service duty. The unit includes a fully weatherproof enclosure and a base diesel fuel tank in new condition. The project includes connection to the main switchboard rated for 1,000A and service disconnect, manual transfer switch interfaced to isolate the 60kW photovoltaic system, conduit, wiring, etc. as shown and required to provide a fully functional standby power supply. Work also includes a concrete pad and any other sitework and patch/repair of building penetrations. The contractor shall interface with Pacific Power, NPS and CA State parks to coordinate the work and utility power service interruptions as needed, within the constraints outlined in the specifications. The Contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, testing, and supplies to perform the installation and related services as identified within the Statement of Work document and any additional documents or requirements. All work shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits required to successfully complete the work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238210, with a corresponding size standard of $15 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall not be considered.
