The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a Commercial Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Solid Waste Removal Services at the Kansas City VA Medical Center located at 4801 Linwood Blvd Kansas City, Missouri 64128; Honor Annex 4251 Northern Kansas City, Missouri 64133; Radiation Oncology Clinic 10500 Mastin Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66212; and Excelsior Springs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) 197 South McCleary Road, Excelsior Springs, Missouri 64024. The NAICS Code listed for this procurement is 56211 Solid Waste Collection; the small business size standard is $38.5 million. This solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside with evaluation factors for Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The contract will consist of a base year and four one-year options. The anticipated date of solicitation release is 04/12/2019, with an anticipated award date of 07/01/2019.
