- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award from this solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) San Diego Healthcare System, has a requirement for an annual support program for their Haivision Coolsign systems. The contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, materials, and supervision necessary to execute all tasks per the Statement of Work. The services shall also be in accordance with industry standard, local, state, Federal and all other applicable laws / regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard is $20.5 million for this procurement. This solicitation is set aside 100% for SDVOSB concerns. Offerors must be listed in the Vendor Information Pages at www.vetbiz.gov. All offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov. Place of Performance: VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Period of Performance: Base year and up to four (4) one (1) year option periods. Provisions / Clauses: As specified in the enclosed solicitation Submitting Offer: Offeror(s) are reminded to thoroughly review the solicitation in its entirety and shall submit their offer using the following: 1. SF 1449 page 1. Complete box 17a, and complete and sign box 30a/b/c 2. Administrative data and Acknowledgement of Amendments on page 3 of the solicitation. 3. Price/Cost Schedule on page 14 of the solicitation. Offerors are advised the Government may be unable to receive other types of electronic files (e.g. compressed or zip files) or files larger than ten (10) megabytes (MB). It is the offeror s responsibility to ensure all required documents are included and completed as required by this solicitation.
