This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA520519QB007; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-01, DPN 20190215, and AFAC 2018-0525. This acquisition is a BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT.
