Description

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis (IAW FAR 13.5), with ESI Acquisition, Inc., located at 823 Broad Street, Augusta, GA 30901, as the only responsible source that is capable of providing software support and upgrades for WebEOC. ESI Acquisition is the only acceptable vendor capable of providing WebEOC support and upgrades for the existing base of WebEOC software used at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), Anniston, AL. The anticipated period of performance is 5/1/2019 - 4/30/2020, plus 4 one-year options. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
