Page 2 of 2 Page 2 of 2 This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C244-19-Q-0565. The Contractor shall furnish all services in accordance with the statement of work statement and schedule identified in the solicitation to provide services necessary to perform preventative maintenance and repair of Plasma Injector Sterilizers for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The subsequent contract will be performed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VAMC at 3900 Woodland Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19104. This Government intends to award one (1) 5- year (Base year, pulse four option years), Firm-Fixed Price Contract, made to one offeror who meets the response requirements listed in this solicitation. This solicitation will be for full and open competition. All Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at www.sam.gov and in VIP at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ to be eligible for award and complete their online Representations and Certifications at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of 20.5 million in average annual revenues. The award will be made to the offeror whose quote is responsive and conforming to the RFQ using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. The anticipated release date for the Solicitation is April 15, 2019. The solicitation will be posted at this website, www.fbo.gov. All inquiries shall be in writing, e-mail inquiries to Robert Neal at robert.neal2@va.gov.
