- The Department of Labor, The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) intends to award a sole source purchase order for one twelve month base period and four twelve month options to Wolters Kluwer for licenses to access PriceRX Pro, Lexi-comp Online, and Medi-Span Med-File V2.
