This notice constitutes a REQUEST FOR INFORMARTION (RFI). This RFI is for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR INVITATION FOR BIDS. THERE WILL BE NO CONTRACT AWARDED FROM THIS RFI. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of all firms interested in participating in the competition to compete and perform a firm-fixed price best-value design-build contract. The Government will not pay for any information provided as a result of this RFI. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District is seeking information from experienced source(s) capable of designing and constructing commercial buildings. BACKGROUND NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
