Description

The Veterans Health Administration is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit quotes for the purpose of entering into a firm-fixed price contract for the installation of an Intruder Alert System at the Eureka Community Based Outpatient Clinic. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, reference NAICS code 334290. This procurement is Set-Aside to Small Businesses only. This acquisition is being processed in accordance with FAR 13.1 and FAR 12.6. If interested in quoting, submit in accordance with this RFQ. Contract award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, in conforming to this RFQ, provides the best value to the Government, price and technical factors considered. The Government will not consider multiple awards. All offerors must quote on all items and all quantities listed in the schedule to be considered for award no later than April 29, 2019. The VA requires all contractors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment, visit http://www.sam.gov for more information.
