- This amendment updates the format of Section J-5b. Attached to this announcement is the FAA's Request for Comment pertaining to the FAA ™s anticipated FAA Enterprise Network Services (FENS) acquisition. Included in this package are a Request for Comments document, Draft Screening Information Request (SIR) sections and questions for industry. The FENS acquisition will encompass communications and information management services essential to National Airspace System (NAS) operations and agency administration. Please note that, relative to previous announcements pertaining to the FENS Program, the NAICS Code listed above has been updated to reflect the current code for Wired Telecommunications Carriers.
