Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Denver Delineated Area: North: South Platte River to Park Avenue West; East: Park Avenue West to Broadway to 20th Street to Grant Street; South: 6th Avenue; West: Speer Boulevard to South Platte River, including Denver CBD. See attached map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,956 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,956 Space Type: Office and related Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 8 on site secured Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years firm Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: To be stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Denver, Colorado, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
