- The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042, is seeking to identify potential sources for a future Brand Name or Equal requirement for Simulation Converter/Bridge and Software Capable Laptop. The Brand Name item provided for reference is the Vitals Bridge 300. Equivalent products will be considered, with the following required specifications: Vital signs simulator converter/ bridge USB connection capable Blood pressure monitor connectable Blood pressure transducer connectable Temperature transducer connectable Patient monitor temperature capable Vitals gas regulator capable Capnography capable Pulse Oximetry capable Non-Invasive Blood pressure capable Electrocardiogram capable APO2 capable Simulator software Capable Laptop Able to house Laerdal Learning Application (LLEAP) software Core i7-8550u processor 1.80GHz Base 8MB smart Cache 15-inch screen Optical Drive High Definition Audio interface Card reader for PIV In addition to the above supplies, the vendor will be required to provide installation and training on the simulation equipment as well as LLEAP software installation and training for Lebanon staff to demonstrate device functionality. LLEAP is a software that manages all computer operated simulators in the Lebanon Simulation lab from one unified platform. It finds scenarios, conduct simulation training and develop new scenarios for users. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST ALSO HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE.
