Description
The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to perform an annual Roof Inspection including General Upkeep, Maintenance and to provide an Inspection Report to the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI. Vendor shall provide all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to execute this requirement for twelve (12) buildings totaling approximately 475,000 square feet. This service is to be conducted within 90 days of contract award. All interested responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by Noon Central on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 to include a detailed description of the firm s experience providing similar service at a facility comparable in size to the Milwaukee VAMC, ability to provide OSHA 10 training certificates, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to Eileen.Meyer@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NAICS 541350. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents.
