Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W56ZTN-19-Q-0002. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for Music Ministry Support Services for the United States Army Garrison, Aberdeen Proving Ground (USAG-APG), in accordance with the attachment: Performance Work Statement. This solicitation is for Small Business Set Aside. The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 711130. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation.
