This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. Solicitation # 36C26219Q0310 shall be canceled and re-issued as 36C26219Q0568 due to the assigned Contracting Officer no longer working for NCO 22. Solicitation # 36C26219Q0568 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract.
