- This is a sources sought notice and is not a request for bids. This sources sought is to determine how many businesses are qualified and capable of providing continuous monitoring strategy to maintain Lenel system. The United States Navy (USN) has a requirement to provide lifecycle support through a continuous monitoring strategy to maintain system certification and accreditation in compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements located at Naval Air Station (NAS), Jacksonville, FL. The contract is anticipated to be for a Base Year of 12 months and four (3) 12-month option years. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that this work falls under is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard of $27.5 million. Prospective Contractors shall perform continuous monitoring services as set forth in the performance work statement (PWS) to support customers. The information contained in the PWS is DRAFT only and as such, is subject to change prior to issuance of a solicitation. Those firms interested in providing information in response to this sources sought are requested to provide the following information to the Contract Specialist, Vanessa Compton at vanessa.d.compton@navy.mil by 10:00 am EST, 9 April 2019: 1) Firm Name; 2) Firm Address; 3) DUNS/CAGE Code; 4) POC and Alternate POC Information; 5) Size of Business (number of employees); and 6) Capability Statement in accordance with (IAW) the attached General Capability Inquiry.
