- Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply contract for purchase and installation of a Vertical Lift Module. A Purchase Description will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% small business set-aside under the 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333922 Conveyor and Conveying Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 500 and the product code is 3920. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-19-Q-0009 will be released on or about 20 NOV. 2018 with a closing date on or about 20 DEC. 2018. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
