General Services Agency offers for sublet in accordance with the terms & conditions of the attached document entitled "U.S. Government Lease of Real Property" approximately 14,266.00 usable square feet (approximately 15,674.00 rentable square feet), of vacant office space, as-is, where-is, commonly known as the entire tenth floor of the Park Place Building, 1200 6th Ave., Seattle, WA 98101. Maximum term available expires with expiration of Master Lease on April 30, 2025. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
