- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Title: ORYX Performance Measures 2019 Subscription FBO Notice: 36C77619Q0091 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), When the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source, or, for DoD, NASA, and the Coast Guard, from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology, Inc. (The); 2025 WOODLANE DR STE 3, SAINT PAUL, MN, 55125-3056, USA; for the purchase of an ORYX Performance Measurement System. The NAICS code for this procurement is 813920 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $15 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
