Description

Please note that this is solicitation notice synopsis, the Government is seeking quotes for the requirement below. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for qualified firms capable of providing lease of USP-800 compliant mobile compounding pharmacy with hazardous drugs storage space by the Northport VA Medical Center (Northport VAMC). The rental will begin upon delivery and installation of fully operational USP-800 compliant mobile pharmacy trailer. The contractor shall provide roundtrip delivery, set up and final disassembly/removal of the unit. Transportation permits such as oversized loads shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for preventive maintenance and providing repairs of faulty equipment within 48 hours. Contractor shall be responsible for contacting the local certifier for repairs, testing or issues with faulty equipment at no additional cost to the Northport VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, licenses, tools, material, maintenance, parts and supervision to perform services, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) found in RFQ: 36C24219Q0554. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532120 with a Size Standard of $38,500,000.00 in revenue. This is a Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside acquisition.
