These items are being added to the Honeywell JOC, SPE4AX-14-D-9401, in accordance with the originally approved J&A; however, the NSNs identified herein were not included in the list of original items synopsized for this effort. The proposed contract will be for one (1) four-year option period for a total duration of four (4) years period of performance. The contract requires supply of parts with agreed to terms of FOB origin and inspection/acceptance origin, DLA Direct stock locations in accordance with the basic JOC. A total of 98 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that the total 98 NSNs will be priced for the award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Honeywell for the following CAGE: 72914, 55284, and 99193. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to the synopsis. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government.
