- (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W912L2-19-Q-6011 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, Dated 20 December 2018. (4) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238330 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $15 Million. (5) Any offeror/individual desiring to be considered for contract award must submit a lump sum quote based on the below CLIN along with an in depth breakdown of costs. A breakdown of costs is mandatory.
