Description
ENDOSCOPES STATEMENT OF WORK Contractor shall provide lease contract for the endoscopy equipment, installation and clinical training. Services shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs James E. Van Zandt Medical Center, Altoona, PA. All services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. The following equipment shall be leased at the James E. Van Zandt Medical Center in Altoona, PA. Lease should include any stands, carts, cables, interface devices, or licenses need to operate the equipment described below. The contract shall provide a 36-month lease for the listed endoscopy equipment. Endoscope Video Processor Must offer Narrow Band Imaging Must offer the ability to switch the point of focus between near and normal Must offer a waterproof one-touch connector to the light source Must offer a pre-freeze function which selects the clear still images automatically Must offer 16:9 and 16:10 outputs for a HDTV monitor and be compatible with analog, HD-SDI, and DVI output Must offer link connection to peripheral devices Must offer Picture and Picture Must offer portable memory Power Supply Requirements: Voltage: 100-240 V AC (NTSC)/220-240V AC (PAL); within +- 10% Frequency: 50-60 Hz within +- 1 HZ Consumption electric power: 150 VA Size Requirements Dimension Range: (370 W x 85 H X455 D mm) to (382 W x 91 H x 489 D mm) Weight: 10.7 Kg Classification Protection against Electric Shock: Class I Observation Analog HDTV Signal Output: RGB (1080/601: NTSC)/(1080/501 : PAL) or YPbPr (1080/601: NTSC)/(1080/501 : PAL) Analog SDTV Signal Output: VBS composite (480/601: NTSC)/(576/501 : PAL), Y/C (480/601: NTSC)/(576/501 : PAL), and RGB (480/60I: NTSC)/(576/501 : PAL) Digital signal output option: HD-SDI, SD-SDI, DV, and DVI Optional white balance adjustment Must offer Color bar or the 50% white screen display Color tone adjustments: Red, Blue, and Chroma all with + or steps Must offer automatic gain control when light is inadequate Contrast options of Normal, High (Dark areas dark, bright areas brighter) and Low (The dark areas brighter, brighter areas darker.) Must offer brightness options such as the brightness is adjusted based on the brightest part of the central part and average brightness of the periphery part, the brightness is adjusted based on the brightest part of the endoscopic image, or the brightness is adjusted based on the average brightness of the endoscopic image. Must off the option to electrically enhance image sharpness for fine patterns and edges in endoscopic images. Must offer the option to change the image size of the endoscopic image.
