Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 (20 December 2018). The solicitation number for this requirement is W91ZLK-19-Q-A042. This requirement has been deemed as Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220 and Business Size Standard is 1,250. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be evaluated based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer.
