Description

** AMENDMENT 00001 - THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CLARIFY THE "PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (PoP)". The Statement of Service (SOO) is dated 2 April 2019; however the PoP for the conference is identified in the SOO in para. 1.9 which is for five (5) rooms from 18 August to 23 August 2019, and fifty-five (55) rooms from 19 August to 23 August 2019." All terms and conditions remain the same ** END OF AMENDMENT ** ** AMENDMENT 00002 - THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REMOVE MEALS/SNACKS FROM THE SCOPE FOR THE 23RD OF AUG 2019. In the Statement of Service (SOO) is dated 2 April 2019 (hereby revised 4.18.2019), Para. 1.5 MEALS: Removed the language that says "Conference set up should include Coffee, Tea, Water, and Snacks for sixty (60) people on 23 August 2019". Note: There will be no meal set up, snacks or need for meeting space (conference rooms) on the 23 of August 2019. All terms and conditions remain the same ** END OF AMENDMENT ** NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
