Description
AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is BELVOIR12THAVNBNAH0001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-04-23 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: In the attachment titled 12th Aviation Air Field Diagram I have labeled the locations and requirements for our requested Mass Notification System. All locations require a visual and audio alert system to alert Soldiers of an impending mission brief. Most buildings require both indoor and outdoor alert systems, however, those that require less than eight (8) total only require indoor systems. Additionally, we require one building to have a main control system to disseminate the alerts as needed. Lastly, we require a speaker array that can reach the whole airfield at once. We have been told that one to two may be required based on speaker specifications. Below is a further breakdown of our requirements: Company Hangars (A, B, and C Companies) - 4 outdoor audio and visual alert systems - 4 indoor audio and visual alert systems o Commanders Office o PC Office o Pilots Lounge o Maintenance Bay Ancillary Buildings - Indoor audio and visual alert systems in accordance with attached diagram Speaker Tower - Capable of alerting TAAB personnel on both sides of the runway Control Computer - One control center capable of working with: o notification systems that can send text alert notifications o alert select locations at one time and mass airfield notifications Require at a minimum One (1) Year On-Site Warranty NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
