Description
This sources sought announcement is a request for information to be used for preliminary market research information and planning purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation and No Proposals are being requested or accepted. No contract will be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. Market research is being performed to determine the best method to advertise the Government’s needs. Responses received will determine the type of solicitation to issue. No funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this sources sought. The Ashley National Forest anticipates soliciting for and awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement (Up to three BPA’s awarded by Ranger District), however, the Government reserves the right to make multiple awards to a single offeror or combination of offerors for Vault and Septic Pumping Services. This will include furnishing all toilet pumping services which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets, and add water following pumping and cleaning in accordance with the contract specifications and in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations. All of the 167 vaults (including 57 double vaults) are 1,000 gallons, and may be accessed from the back of the building, except the Septic systems, One vault which is 10,000 gallons, and Two sites which are Pit Toilets.
