The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Government s intent to solicit and award a non-competitive purchase of surgical implants. This allows for the underutilized stock to be turned around prior to the expiration date of the un-used product. The NAICS code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing The Size Standard is 750 Employees The Product Service Code is 6515 Medical & Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement.
