Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PANWRN19P00000009321 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 484110 with a small business size standard of $27.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-04-29 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The INSCOM - Warren requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 09/01/2019 - 08/31/2020 LI 001: This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time. The Contracting Officer will determine which suggested changes, if any, are accepted. The contracting office has included, as part of the sources sought, a DRAFT copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). If you are interested and are capable of providing the required services, please complete the attached sources sought questionnaire. The Government may use your responses to include questions, comments and concerns for the purposes of determining how the requirement may be stated and/or how the Government may conduct the procuring process.
