Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is IHS1376740. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, effective January 22, 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 721214 - Recreational and Vacation Camps (except campgrounds) with a business size standard of $7.5 Million. The Contract Line Items (CLINs) and pricing structure are as shown below. CLIN 1: Camp Lodging: Individuals beds for 80 participants (50 campers, 20 overnight counselors, 10 day counselors) for five days. The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center has a requirement for a recreational facility that includes lodging, indoor and outdoor meeting space, recreation activities, and meals from June 18, 2019 through June 22, 2019 for an annual Adolescent Camp in Southwestern Colorado. See attached statement of work for additional information. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (OCT 2018), applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (OCT 2018), with its offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (OCT 2018), applies to this acquisition. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jan 2018), applies to this acquisition.
